Human Rights Day was observed in our school with great enthusiasm during the morning assembly. The day served as a reminder of the fundamental rights and freedoms that belong to every individual, regardless of race, gender, or background.
To mark the occasion, students presented a speech & thought-provoking skit highlighting the importance of equality, dignity, and justice. The performance depicted everyday situations where human rights are often overlooked, and how awareness and empathy can bring about positive change. Through powerful dialogues and expressive acting, the skit emphasized the need to respect one another and stand against discrimination.
The assembly concluded with a collective pledge by students and teachers to uphold human rights in their daily lives. The celebration not only educated the audience but also inspired them to become responsible citizens who value fairness and humanity.
